For over 25 years, I've been devoted to my own healing and awakening—integrating body, mind, and spirit into presence, flow, and integrity. This has been a path of deep remembrance, embodiment, and conscious living.

For the last 15 years, I've been formally sharing this work—walking alongside others through their own healing, awakening, and reconnection. My practice weaves the medicine and wisdom of plant and mineral kingdoms, vibration, energy, sound, beauty, and presence.

My studies have taken me around the world, where I've learned alongside teachers and elders from diverse lineages: Vedanta and Tantra traditions, Mexican Abuelos, Curacas from Colombia, Maestros from Perú, and the Egyptian Mysteries and Magic.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and am currently pursuing a Master's in Project Direction. This grounding in human systems, global interconnectedness, and organizational change deeply informs my mentorship work. I'm passionate about human rights, real-world impact, and the grounded evolution of consciousness—not spirituality disconnected from life.
